I am kicking myself for not re-visiting this post until 5 months after the fact. The cultural moment has passed; fortunately, the Loggins family is forever. Crosby, if that really was you, thanks for responding to a post on a rinky-dink college radio blog with good humor and unexpected (perhaps even unearned) praise.

Also, belated congratulations on winning (though I had $200 on Chloe).

HOLY CRAP. That was a good blog:-).

In all honesty, please don't tell "US Weekly", but that shit cracked me up. (Don't flatter yourself Cros, they don't care - you're not NEARLY anorexic enough).

I know I shouldn't be reading the blogs, let alone replying (and with rare exception I've managed to stay true to this assertion) but I'm glad I slipped up here. Good job. Its pieces like this that do the format justice...

Best to you and keep the good shit comin'. If we can't laugh at ourselves... right....

Thanks for the chuckle,
Crosby Loggins
